Returns Policy

Items Eligible for Return:
You can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time:
After receiving and inspecting your return, allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days after that for the refund to reflect in your account.

Initiating a Return:
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
