1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: Should you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to either replacing it or refunding the item for you.

1.2. Incorrect Order: In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect product, inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will dispatch the correct item to you, and guide you on returning the incorrect product.

1.3. Change of Mind: Changed your mind? No problem! Return the item within 14 days of delivery, ensuring it remains unopened with its seal intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Please be advised that return shipping costs in this case will be your responsibility.

2.2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we'll guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. It's essential to secure this number before returning any items.

2.3. Packaging and Shipping: Ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging to avoid any transit damages. Mention the RA number on the package and ship it to the address our team provides.

2.4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll expedite your refund or replacement according to the return's conditions.

3.1. No RA, No Return: Items without a valid RA number will not be processed, causing delays in the return process.

3.2. Refund Processing: Refunds are made using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3.3. Shipping Costs: For valid returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect orders, Hermetica will cover the return shipping. However, for change-of-mind returns, you'll bear the shipping expenses.

4. Exclusions

Some items or conditions might be excluded from returns, such as products bought during clearance sales or any custom-made products (if applicable). Ensure the product's seal is intact and unbroken when returning.
